AG Construction Management was founded by Abdallah Atieh in 2021, but the path to it started years earlier.
Abdallah came to the United States as a student, launched his first business importing specialty food products, earned his MBA, and then gained experience working in startup environments. His introduction to construction came through residential investing — partnering on home renovations and learning the trade hands-on alongside an experienced general contractor.
What drew him in was the transformation. The ability to take a space and reimagine it into something both functional and beautiful. The further he went, the more he respected what high-quality work actually requires: detailed planning, disciplined coordination, and craftsmanship at every stage.
He also saw something in how most residential contractors operated. Too many projects were run with a short-term mindset. Speed and price came first. Communication was inconsistent. Budgets shifted mid-project. Homeowners were left to navigate the chaos themselves.
Abdallah founded AG Construction Management in 2021 to run residential projects the way they should be run — with detailed planning, transparent communication, and craftsmanship that holds up over time.
